Shipping policy

For orders containing products that are in stock with us, we dispatch the order within 4 days of receiving a confirmation.We deliver free shipping PAN India. For international orders, rates vary. We will be happy to assist you regarding the same.

Delivery timelines vary but the maximum is 2 weeks and minimum is 3 days.

As we ship our products through third party vendors, we encourage our customers to take a video while opening a package so that, in case of any damage to the product in the process of shipping, we can provide our customers with a new piece of the same if the product is in stock, or else, a refund of the same.

We do not accept any returns of the product until and unless the product was damaged during shipping and the process for the same has been explained above.

In case a damaged/wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “puzzled@mindworkgames.in”  within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
